Join us for our first ever workshop at our beautiful new clinic with guest yoga teacher and osteopath Jessica Lambert! We'll start the evening with a delicious hour long yoga session for runners from Jessica, followed by a talk from Balanced Osteopathy's Rebecca on how to prevent some of the most common long distance running injuries from blighting your training. We'll cover strategies for injury prevention based on the latest research and common issues we see in clinic, with practical take home tips you can start using straight away.

Who are we?
Jessica is a yoga teacher and qualified osteopath who spends her time travelling the world treating + teaching in exclusive resorts and hosting fabulous retreats both at home and away. Jessica's osteopathic background gives her a unique insight as a yoga teacher into anatomy and injuries, meaning that your runners yoga session will be tailored specifically to meet the demands placed on your body during long distance running. After a few refreshments Rebecca will be hosting a talk on injury prevention in long distance running - covering a spectrum of common issues that she works with regularly in the clinic. You'll come away with practical tips and advice that you can start using in your own prehab straight away to keep injuries at bay.
