We accept all debit cards, credit cards and cheque, unfortunately we do not carry cash onsite so cash payments can only be accepted if they are for the correct/exact amount.

When you refer a friend to the clinic for osteopathy, ask them to mention your name at their first appointment and you will receive £10 off of your next treatment, redeemable against any service!

Insurance Coverage
Often medical insurance companies cover some or all of the cost of Osteopathic treatment by way of reimbursement, depending on the policy you have. Please confirm with your insurance company directly that you are able to claim back the costs for treatment, as some will require a referral from a GP or other specialist for you to be eligible to claim, and then we can send you your receipt after your appointment for you to claim back.

Different osteopaths are registered with different insurance companies, but currently we only bill directly to Bupa Uk, HHS and Vitality.

Gift vouchers are redeemable against any service at the clinic and can be made to any custom amount! They can be used as full or part payment and do not expire. We also have beautiful physical vouchers that are available to be bought at the clinic, please ask your therapist when you next attend.
