Head osteopath at Balanced Osteopathy Rebecca Root, and George Edwards Gymbox PT and sports massage therapist at the clinic, will take you through two hours of mobility warm-ups, stretches, trigger pointing and self release techniques that you can start using straight away at home. You'll also get advice on what you should be doing pre- and post runs, our best tips for recovery and a chance to pick our brains on your specific niggles and injuries. Prepare to leave the session with a new set of legs!
